The service here was spot on, and it's great to have parking available on-site. the location is fantastic, right next to restaurants and shops, as well as being close to the reef tour boats and the swimming lagoon. 🏖️.

the employees were very amiable and offered excellent services. our room had a comfy bed and a magnificent view. the bathroom we had was big.

The location was marvellous, at a medium distance from The Entrance Town Centre. It was huge, large and on level 1.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

We had a great stay here with friendly staff and a fantastic location just a short walk from the center and the harbor.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very quiet area, so close to Australia for 3 weeks and lots of restaurants and Cairns Central. The staff was brilliantly friendly and we could use laundry, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. The location was favourable and amazing, for example, Rusty's Markets was at a moderate distance from the venue.

great service, well appointed rooms,clean,most comfortable bed,huge white fluffy towels,value for money, easy walk to shopping, bars and food.

The service was just as great as we expected. It was really nice to have a cafe right in the reception area. 🙂.

The man at the reception is the most enthusiastic people. The swimming pool is good. If you want to go to bed early you should choose this one, not far from the wharf and quiet at night.

Sunlander doesn't arrive in Cairns until 7:15pm. The reception was closed on our arrival- we had emailed to say we would be arriving late- disappointed no one in reception.. However, our room was ready, and we were able to access same through the intercom.

All the staff here were really knowledgeable and super helpful! 😊.

I loved the space, apt style. I liked having a lounge...not bed in lounge, studio style. Laundry in spacious bath/rm.Best pillow ever and I've taken the brand name! Sheets a bit grey and if they had been white and crisp I would have loved that. liked the way the room was cleaned daily and bed made. Good commun ication when not done.Great pressure in the shower....a must. Liked overlooking the street. Better than roof tops! Not noisy. Close to my course in Spence St.ShoppingMall 10 mins walk. Central but not noisy. Balcony very good..... test the air.. Staff helpful and communicative.

Obviously have more pluses than minus's. Frnt apt door handle difficult to turn[wrist arthritis]. Swipe cards are better.Warren? at front desk excellent to work with. Locksmith arrived asap and sorted out. THANKYOU.Cleaner helpful...opened door for me a few times. White crisp bed sheets would have been great. Current sheets bit grey and need replacing. Wondered about slipping in shower?? potentially dangerous. However, bath mats are ugly and get slimy. Are there classy strips[if ther's such a thing] that go on bath surface to minimise falls. Had to be really careful not to slip! Good value at IL Centro.A happy stay.

The units on level 1 are really spacious and well-kept. the price is just right at $240. the location is fantastic, plus they offer on-site parking! 🚗.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessities -- including laundry. The staff was very accomodating, helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient to the central business district, restaurants, bars, shopping and the marina. Highly recommended.

The apartments were clean and serviced daily, quiet location. Nothing was a problem for the staff.
